What to expect
Before your session
We’ll chat about you, your horse and the vision you have for your session. Together we’ll choose the perfect location and discuss the style of images you’d love to create. If you’d like ridden photographs, we’ll also discuss outfits, tack and any special details before the day.
during your session
Every session is tailored to suit both horse and handler. There’s no pressure or expectation for perfection, just patience, understanding and plenty of time to capture authentic moments.
after your session
Once your session is complete, I’ll carefully sort and proof your images before uploading them to your private online gallery. From there, you’ll be able to select your favourite photographs before they’re professionally edited and prepared as beautiful digital images, fine art prints, wall art or albums.

can i be in the photos?
Absolutely! Some of the most meaningful images capture the connection between you and your horse. Whether you’d like a few portraits together or the entire session to include you, you’re always welcome to be part of the experience.
WHAT SHOULD MY HORSE WEAR?
Absolutely! Depending on the package you’ve chosen, additional horses are welcome. Whether you’d like photographs of your whole herd, multiple horses or individual portraits, we can tailor the session to suit you.
DOES MY HORSE NEED TO BE PERFECTLY TRAINED?
Not at all. Every horse is different, and sessions are designed to work at your horse’s pace. Patience, understanding and a relaxed approach allow us to capture authentic moments, regardless of experience or training level.
where are the sessions held?
Sessions can take place at your property, agistment, a favourite riding location or another suitable outdoor setting. Together we’ll choose a location that best suits you, your horse, and the images you want to create.
What if it rains?
If the weather isn't being too kind to us on the day, we can simply reschedule.
do you travel?
Yes! Travel fees may apply outside of my local area.
Can i have more than one horse?
That’s completely up to you. Sessions can include ridden, in-hand or liberty photographs. We’ll discuss tack, grooming, plaiting and any special details before your session to help create the style you’re after.
what should i wear?
That's completely up to you. Neutral, timeless clothing photographs beautifully and keeps the focus on you and your horse. I’m always happy to offer guidance before your session.
