Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. I started riding horses when I was just two years old and grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, birds, frogs and even pet rats. That lifelong passion eventually led me into a career working with animals long before I picked up a camera.

Over the years I’ve worked as the manager of a pet store, completed my Certificate IV in Animal Studies (Veterinary Nursing), volunteered in a veterinary clinic, and spent many years caring for a wide variety of animals. Today my life revolves around dogs, horses, poultry, livestock and our hobby farm, giving me a deep understanding of animal behaviour and welfare.

Since 2012, I’ve been photographing animals, combining my passion for photography with a lifetime of hands-on animal experience to create natural, timeless images.

Whether I’m photographing a playful puppy, a cherished family pet, showcasing a performance horse, livestock on the farm or creating images for breeders and equine sale or stud promotions, my goal is always the same, to create a relaxed experience and timeless photographs that tell each animal’s story.

I know every animal is different. Some are confident, some are shy, and some would much rather explore than pose! My experience allows me to work patiently at their pace, creating a calm environment where genuine personalities shine through.
